Requests and confirmation
Sending an inquiry does not create a booking. Transportation is confirmed only when Vic replies with availability, pickup details, vehicle arrangements and price.
Prices and third-party fees
Published “from” prices are retained from the previous live website as a guide and must be reconfirmed. Attraction admission, meals, activities and other third-party purchases are separate unless a written confirmation says otherwise.
Travel details
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate dates, flight information, pickup points, passenger counts and luggage or accessibility needs. Ask about changes and cancellations before confirming.
Website information
Travel conditions, opening arrangements and third-party attraction details can change. Confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant operator.
